With an exclusive focus on single family residences, Hollie designs both custom homes for discerning owners and open-market homes for developers. Rooted in classical beauty and ever mindful of today’s lifestyles, each of Hollie’s homes is designed to be an endearing & enduring contribution to its neighbourhood.
Projects range from concept planning and basic plans through to comprehensive full sets of plans delivered to the governing body for building permit application. Projects begin the old fashioned way with pencil and paper. Final delivery is in digital format. Packages may include three-dimensional renderings, scaled details, and design specifications as required.
Most importantly, generous communication keeps the project on track and in alignment with the client’s unique set of wishes and requirements.
